Incorrect item/incorrect size/damaged product

We only accept exchanges/returns only if there was a mistake related to packing ; wrong item or size packed etc. Every product undergoes a thorough quality check before being shipped.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging
