Returns & Exchanges

At Beyond Bliss, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If the size isn’t quite right or the product is defective, we’re happy to assist with an exchange under the guidelines below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please submit the exchange request  within 2 days of delivery via whatsapp or FB/IG

Exchanges are subjected to item and size availability in stock

Once your request is submitted, you may proceed with either an in-store exchange or a courier exchange, as outlined below.

In-Store Exchange (Recommended)

You’re welcome to visit our store to complete your exchange in person

Store Hours:
Daily | 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM

What happens in store:

  • If the correct size is available, we will exchange the item immediately.
  • If your size or item is not available, you may select another design of your choice.
  • If you don’t find a suitable option at the moment, you may opt for store credit / a discount voucher, which can be redeemed on any upcoming collection.

Please ensure the item is returned in original condition with tags intact.

Courier Exchange – Only applicable if agreed by the shop

If you’re unable to visit the store, you may exchange the item, only after we confirm the exchange possibility via courier and agree on related charges.

Courier charges will be either charged from the customer or will be paid by us, depending on the nature of the exchange

Processing time will be subjected to item availability and courier process.

Store Credit

Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your original purchase, if you did not have something to buy at store at that time

  • Store credit will be valid for 2 months.
  • It can be redeemed online or in store on any available design.
  • Store credit cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
